Elaine Penhaul
Founder and Coach
Elaine Penhaul is the founder of Lemon and Lime, a multi-award winning UK property staging business, staging properties for agents such as Knight Frank, Savills and Fine and Country. She is passionate about creating the understanding of property staging as a powerful marketing tool. Her book, ‘Sell High, Sell Fast – how to sell your home for the best possible price in the quickest possible time’ was published in October 2020 and immediately became an Amazon no 1 best-seller.
Prior to setting up Lemon and Lime Elaine enjoyed a career as an executive business coach working across corporate, public sector and voluntary organisations. She built a reputation for successfully coaching challenging clients and teams and was instrumental in transforming the culture in the UK’s biggest non-metropolitan police force over a ten year period. She specialised in emotional intelligence coaching to transform behaviours. Elaine is also a property investor, a sailor and mother of four grown-up ‘children’.
Kirsty Fisher
Coach
Kirsty Fisher has been working at Lemon and Lime since its infancy and in this time she has taken on a number of roles across operations, HR and marketing. This knowledge and experience is invaluable in shaping the structure for learning on the L&L Staging Group.
In addition to her contributions at Lemon and Lime, Kirsty pursued a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). This educational milestone not only broadened her understanding of business operations and team management but also honed her coaching and mentoring abilities.
Kirsty's blend of hands-on experience and academic achievement positions her ideally to support businesses within the L&L Staging Group to achieve growth and success through effective methods.

Can I join the group at any time?
Due to the way we teach on the group we launch new cohorts throughout the year
Will you send me leads when I join the group?
The group isn’t intended to be a lead generator on its own, it is intended to give all the tools and support for you to be able to generate far more leads and convert more leads yourself. If we do however receive leads that we can't complete in your area we will send these on to you
